Information Collection and Use In order to participate
in various discussion forums, we ask that visitors provide us
with certain registration information. The types of personally
identifiable information we collect during registration include:
name, address, e-mail address. You also must select a User Name
and Password.
DrRelationships.com uses your registration to provide you with
notices via e-mail when a new Discussion Topic is added to the
BLOGS if you select such option. We also may share this information
with selected outside third parties (e.g., marketers) to enable
them to provide you with opportunities to purchase products and
services that we believe may be of interest to you. As described
below in the Choices Section, you can request that we not share
your information with these third parties. This privacy policy
does not cover third parties’ use of your information.
Law Enforcement /Corporate Restructuring We may
disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal
process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires
it, for example, in response to a court order, subpoena, or a
law enforcement agency’s request. In addition, in the event
that all or substantially all of DrRelationships.com stock and/or
assets are transferred or sold to another entity, we may transfer
such information to the acquiring entity.
Your Choices Visitors may unsubscribe from the
free DrRelationships.com BLOGS at any time by simply following
the instructions contained within and at the end of every mailing.
In addition, during registration we provide visitors with an opportunity
to request that we not share information with third parties. If
at any time in the future you would like to request that we not
share your information with third parties, you may send us e-mail
at remove@DrRelationships.com.
Please note that changing your preferences regarding marketing
communications from us will not prevent those companies with which
we already have shared your information from continuing to communicate
with you; you will need to notify these companies of your marketing
